Conference
Location and Hotels
This
year's conference will be held at Gaston College in Dallas,
NC. The Microtel Inn & Suites will be handling your hotel
accommodations if needed. A special Vision room rate has been
made for all students at $45 (plus tax) per night. For a hotel
room reservation call 1-704-810-6622. NOTE: Reservations must
be made by June 11th to receive this special rate.
Fees/Registration
There
is a $20 registration due at the time you mail in your application.
Your registration fee covers all conference materials and your
Saturday lunch. Payment plans for registration are available
but you must contact our office. Be sure to inquire about available
scholarships to participate.
