current President and Chief Executive Officer, Jennifer P. Davis
founded JP Davis & Associates, Inc. in 1997.
Prior to Jennifer starting her own company she was a Manager,
an advisor to managers, and a human resource professional at
IBM Charlotte, North Carolina where she retired after 25 years
of service. Jennifer retired with a varied background and extensive
expertise in the areas of maintaining and improving employee
morale, diversity, and creating and implementing training programs
for a site of more than 2500 persons.

with one employee offering what is known as our core/fundamental
programs: Team Building, Diversity Education and Sexual Harassment
Training. In one year the company has increased its staff by
350%, tripled its revenues, and increased its program offerings
to more than 25 including certifications in diversity, personality
assessments, customer service, women's issues, and youth and
teen issues. Their clientele includes public and private sector
organizations, small business and Fortune 500 companies, profit
and non-profit businesses, schools, colleges, and extensive
experience with law enforcement organizations. The company enjoys
a global presence through its membership and relationship with
several businesses and professional associations with worldwide
affiliation. These associations have provided the company with
broad knowledge and expertise in other cultures allowing them
to facilitate a greater understanding with managers and employees
